You'll need a credit card when you sign up for a trial if your business is currently located in the United States, Japan, Canada and Australia. At the end of your free trial period, your trial subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription. Your credit card will not be billed until the end of the trial period.

Sign up for an Office 365 Business Premium trial subscription
